Refund policy

  • The customer has a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with Article 56 of the VÕS. The "14-day right of withdrawal" begins on the date the customer receives the goods.
  • The customer can use the 14-day right of withdrawal without giving a reason, but the goods must be in their original condition (unused, undamaged and in the original packaging).
  • To initiate a return, you must notify us of your return request by email, as stated in the Contacts section.
  • If the return of the product is made in the manner recommended by the seller, the return shipping cost will be covered by the store. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for the return costs (max. 10 euros, VÕS §194 (4)), except in cases where the reason for the return is that the product does not match the ordered product or the product is defective.
  • Refund of money is made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods or provision of evidence that the goods were sent. The refund will be made in the same way as the payment was made.
  • In case of complaints, please contact us in writing. Please provide contact information in your letter and describe the nature of your complaint as accurately as possible.
  • The customer has the right to appeal to the Consumer Complaints Commission of the Consumer Rights Protection Department, which has jurisdiction to resolve disputes arising from the contract, if the cost of the disputed product exceeds 20 euros (the complaint review by the Commission is free for the customer).
