A-AKG - L-Arginine Alpha-Ketoglutarate - a chemical compound that is a combination of two substances, namely L-arginine and glutaric acid. Glutaric acid is a product of the citric acid cycle, also known as the Krebs cycle, which represents the final step in the metabolism of aerobic organisms, while L-arginine is a protein amino acid that is considered an essential substrate for the production of creatine and nitric oxide (NO). The combination of glutaric acid with arginine creates a compound with a synergistic effect that is often used by athletes as a pre-workout.

Suggested usage

One portion of 4.5 g (1 scoop) mix with 100 - 150 ml of water or your favorite juice.
