Vitamin D is a steroid, organic chemical compound classified as fat-soluble vitamins, which bioavailability, like other compounds in this group, is closely related to the presence of fats in the daily diet. Vitamin D can be supplied to the body with food - It occurs mainly in fatty sea fish, as well as in the form of dietary supplements. On sunny days, skin synthesis of the compound is also possible.
Vitamin E is a group of organic chemical compounds, classified as fat-soluble vitamins.
