Bacopa monnieri - a perennial climbing plant included in the plantain family, which grows wild in India, China, as well as Vietnam or Nepal. It naturally occurs in wetlands and marshy areas, where it blooms in spring and summer, producing small pink and white flowers. Bacopa monnieri, also called brahmi, is distinguished by numerous stems that reach approx. 30 cm in length, and its light green, rounded leaves are set opposite.
