Beta-alanine can be naturally synthesized in the human body, and can also be delivered to the body along with the daily diet - the sources of the compound are primarily meat and meat products.
Taurine - organic chemical compound, which is a non-protein amino acid. It is a substance that can be synthesized in the body from sulfur amino acids, but its endogenous synthesis may not be sufficient to meet the needs of the body. Therefore, it is recommended to supply taurine to the body also with the daily menu - the compound can be found, among others in fish, seafood, dried seaweed or meat, as well as in the form of dietary supplements.
Vitamin B6 - pyridoxine - a water-soluble component, belonging to B vitamins. The compound can be found primarily in whole grain cereal products, as well as in offal and legumes.

Vitamin B6 contributes to the maintenance of normal energy metabolism and supports the proper functioning of the nervous system, as well as contributes to the maintenance of optimal protein and glycogen metabolism. In addition, vitamin B6 helps in the proper production of red blood cells and supports the proper functioning of the immune system, and what’s more, it contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
The product shows strong hygroscopic properties (strongly absorbs moisture). The formation of clumps or uniform (compact) consistency is not a sign of loss of product properties. In this case, the product should be shredded again.
