OstroVit uses creatine monohydrate, i.e. a combination of a creatine molecule with a water molecule into one molecule - because creatine is a hydrophilic compound, it combines with water without any problems, and thus is a substance that is distinguished by excellent assimilability.
L-glutamine,, on the other hand, is a protein amino acid that can be formed naturally in the body, but when the human body shows an increased demand for the valuable compound, e.g. during intense physical activity, the ingredient should also be supplied to the body from outside, along with the daily menu or in the form of dietary supplements. L-glutamine in food can be found primarily in meat, fish, eggs, as well as in milk and dairy products and in dry legumes.
Taurine - organic chemical compound that is a non-protein biogenic amino acid.
