OstroVit Choline + Inositol 90 tablets

OstroVit Choline + Inositol is a dietary supplement that contains two valuable compounds - choline and inositol. It is a preparation available in the form of easy-to-swallow tablets, designed for people who care about supplementing their daily diet with valuable ingredients.

  • Source of two valuable ingredients - one serving of the dietary supplement provides the body with 300 mg choline bitartrate and 300 mg myo-inositol.
  • 1 serving = 1 tablet.
  • Efficiency - the product package contains 90 servings of the preparation, which is enough for three months of regular supplementation.
  • Convenient form - the preparation is available in the form of easy-to-swallow tablets for a trouble-free supply of the dietary supplement.

OstroVit Choline + Inositol - valuable supplement to the daily diet

Choline - 2-hydroxyethyl-N-trimethylamine - a nutrient, which is chemically a quaternary amine. It is a substance that until recently was classified as a B vitamin and referred to as vitamin B4, but current scientific data suggests that choline is a vitamin-like compound that has similarities to amino acids and in small amounts can be naturally synthesized in the human body. Choline in the body can be formed from the amino acid serine. At the same time, its production also requires methionine, folic acid or vitamin B12. Choline is an ingredient that can also be supplied to the body with the daily diet - the compound is primarily found in animal products, but it can also be found in almonds, wheat germ or dry pulses.

Inositol - a nutrient that is chemically classified as a polyol. It is a substance that until recently was referred to as vitamin B8 and included among the water-soluble B vitamins. However, current data suggest that inositol is a vitamin-like compound that can be naturally produced in the human body. However, the ingredient can also be supplied to the body with food - the largest amounts of inositol can be found in fresh fruits and vegetables, as well as nuts and grains.

OstroVit uses choline and inositol at the same time, which has a positive effect on the effectiveness and quality of supplementation, and allows for greater benefits than in the case of a single use of compounds.

Properties of the ingredients contained in OstroVit Choline + Inositol

Choline contributes to the maintenance of proper homocysteine metabolism and helps in the proper functioning of the liver. Moreover, the compound contributes to maintaining optimal fat metabolism.

About the labeling of allergens in product ingredients

We would like to draw your attention to important information regarding product labeling, especially in light of the growing issue of allergies in both children and adults. In accordance with European Union legislation, which came into effect in 2014, there is a list of 14 allergens that must be clearly labeled on the packaging of food products. These allergens include eggs, milk, fish, crustaceans, mollusks, peanuts, tree nuts, sesame seeds, gluten, soybeans, celery, mustard, lupin, and sulfites. If any of these allergens are present in the product, they must be highlighted separately from other text.

However, there is an important clarification we would like to emphasize. In cases where the product you are purchasing may have come into accidental contact with other allergens (cross-contamination), manufacturers may voluntarily provide information about the potential risk of allergen presence. Cross-contamination can occur at various stages, including during product manufacturing, transportation, storage, and food preparation.

Therefore, if you find a label on the packaging that reads "May contain...," "Produced in a facility that processes other ingredients containing allergens," or a similar notification, it does not necessarily mean that the specific allergen is part of the product's ingredients. This warning is for your safety and serves as a reminder of potential risk for those who have allergies.

It's worth noting that, since this labeling is voluntary, the absence of such labeling on a product does not guarantee the complete absence of cross-contamination with allergens. Similarly, the presence of a notification does not necessarily mean that allergens are mandatory ingredients in the product.

We recommend carefully reading the information on the packaging and following the usage recommendations for products. Your health and safety are important to us.
