The sources of omega-3 fatty acids are primarily considered fatty sea fish, as well as seafood and caviar.
Vitamin E is a group of organic chemical compounds - naturally there are various forms of vitamin E, and the most biologically active compound is considered to be alpha-tocopherol used in the preparation. Vitamin E is a fat-soluble ingredient, which is stored in the human body mainly in adipose tissue and adrenal glands.
