Vitamin D3, also known as cholecalciferol, is a steroid, organic chemical compound, which belongs to the group of fat-soluble vitamins. Thus, the assimilation of the ingredient is closely related to the presence of fats in the daily diet. Vitamin D3 is a substance, which is delivered to the body with food (It can be found, i.a. in oily sea fish), as well as through skin synthesis. Vitamin E is a group of organic chemical compounds, classified as fat-soluble vitamins. It is a compound, which in the human body is stored primarily in adipose tissue, as well as in the adrenal glands. Dietary sources of vitamin E include vegetable oils, i.a. olive oil and sunflower oil, as well as nuts and germs of cereal seeds.
