Vitamin K2 used in OstroVit comes from natto, i.e. soybeans fermented by Bacillus subtilis bacteria. The compound is available in the form of menaquinone-7-MK-7, i.e. in the form best absorbed by the human body, which has a positive effect on the absorption and quality of the dietary supplement.
Vitamin E is a group of organic chemical compounds classified as fat-soluble vitamins. It is a compound that is stored in the human body primarily in adipose tissue, as well as in adrenal glands. Dietary sources of vitamin E include vegetable oils, incl. olive oil and sunflower oil, as well as nuts and cereal seed germs.
In addition to vitamin K2 MK-7 and vitamin E, OstroVit also uses MCT oil and olive oil, i.e. sources of fat, which has a positive effect on the bioavailability and absorption of vitamins used in the dietary supplement.
