OstroVit Vit&Min + Ashwagandha - comprehensive supplement to the daily diet
Ashwagandha - an extract from the root of a plant belonging to the Solanaceae family, also known as withania somnifera or Indian ginseng. Ashwagandha root is distinguished by the richness of valuable substances, constituting, among others, a source of withanolides. OstroVit preparation uses ashwagandha KSM-66, which is the best-tested ashwagandha extract available on the market. Unlike ashwagandha leaf extracts commonly used in industry, KSM-66 is made only from the roots of the plant, i.e. the parts that contain the highest amounts of valuable ingredients, which has a positive effect on the quality of the dietary supplement.
Vitamins are exogenous substances that must be supplied to the body with food, because the body is not able to produce them on its own. These are compounds that do not have nutritional or energy functions, but are nevertheless necessary for the proper functioning of the body. In the OstroVit preparation can be find vitamins such as vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin D, as well as B vitamins - thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid, vitamin B6, folic acid, biotin and vitamin B12.
Minerals are a group of nutritional elements that are not synthesized by the human body and must be supplied to the system from the outside, with daily food and/or dietary supplements. These are compounds that are not a source of energy, but are necessary for the proper functioning of the body. The OstroVit dietary supplement uses minerals such as iron, zinc, manganese, copper, iodine and selenium in highly bioavailable forms.
Properties of the ingredients contained in OstroVit Vit&Min + Ashwagandha
Vitamin A contributes to the maintenance of normal vision, while vitamin C contributes to normal collagen production for optimal function of blood vessels, bones, cartilage, teeth, gums and skin. Vitamin D helps maintain healthy bones and teeth and proper muscle function, while vitamin E supports the protection of cells from oxidative stress. B vitamins, such as thiamine or riboflavin, contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, while copper helps maintain proper skin and hair pigmentation. Manganese helps in the proper formation of connective tissues, while iron supports the maintenance of optimal cognitive functions. Iodine contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, selenium contributes to normal thyroid function and zinc contributes to optimal DNA synthesis.
Suggested usage
Consume 1 serving (2 tablets) daily. The product is intended for adults.
