OstroVit Vitamin D3 4000 + K2 MK-7 is a liquid dietary supplement with strawberry flavor. It is a combination of two active ingredients - vitamin D3 with vitamin K2. It is dedicated to physically active people who want to supplement the daily need for vitamin D3 and K2 in a comprehensive way. Providing the optimal daily level of vitamin D3 and K2 is essential for the proper functioning of the human body. These are fat-soluble vitamins that are worth supplementing together. Vitamin D3 affects among others strengthening immunity and maintaining calcium-phosphate metabolism, while vitamin K2 participates in the coagulation process. Used together, they have a significant impact on maintaining the healthy condition of teeth and bones.

Properties of the ingredients contained in OstroVit Vitamin D3 4000 + K2 MK-7 500 ml:

Vitamin D3- Otherwise known as cholecalciferol. Its main sources in food are sea fish, eggs, milk and vegetable oils. Supports the work of the immune system. It allows you to maintain the healthy condition of bones and teeth. It supports the calcium-phosphate economy of the body, maintains the proper level of calcium in the blood. It has an impact on the proper functioning of the muscles.

Vitamin K2 - Otherwise known as Menaquinone. The richest sources of vitamin K are green-colored vegetables that contain a large amount of chlorophyll, including: broccoli, kale, spinach, brussels sprouts, lettuce, arugula, lamb's lettuce, cabbage or asparagus. It is synthesized by bacteria present in the intestines. It is involved in many physiological processes occurring in the human body. First of all, it participates in the process of blood clotting and in the development and proper functioning of the skeletal system. In the form of MK-7, it is the most bioavailable form of vitamin K.

Suggested usage

Healthy adults under 75 years of age - consume 15 ml (2 tablespoons) daily with a meal; healthy adults over 75 years of age - consume 30 ml (4 tablespoons) daily with a meal. Before use, it is advisable to take a 25-(OH)D test in the blood and to consult the test result with your doctor or pharmacist. Shake well before each use.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use the product as a substitute (replacement) for a varied diet. Recommended are balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Do not ingest if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. The product should not be used by children, pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers and people taking anticoagulants containing vitamin K antagonists (e.g. warfarin and acenocoumarol). Keep out of the reach of children.

Store in a dry, cool place at 2-25°C. Protect against sunlight and frost. Once opened, the product should be stored in a refrigerator. Use within 5 weeks of opening.
